Since our establishment, we have set up Research & Development

Department with 100 personnel including export staff, senior engineers,

engineers, assistantengineers and technicians.

We also invite experts regularly from home and abroad to provide lectures,

training and consulting, as well as helping with the development of

advanced product samples. Currently we can turn out a new item every

month.

Moreover laboratories equipped with relay testing apparatus have been set

up in our headquarters. These facilities are used for Quality test..

Our product development process consists of the following procedures:

1) Confirm the product design plan with the customer

2) Assessment and verification of the design plan

3) Design the product using CAD software

4) Sample making (including forming the process flow chart, job instruction,

QC plan etc)

5) Sample testing, initial approval (including FMRA)

6) Comparing samples with similar products from home and abroad

7) Sample modification and prototype production

8) Product qualified
